Our first job is ensure that our patients are safe and our staff. At Plano Family Dental, we know it is a difficult time. There are many protocols and restrictions in effect, but you can feel confident when you visit us at our practice.

Not only are we following all C.D.C. and TDSHS guidelines, but we have taken the following additional measures to ensure the health and wellness of our excellent patients:

WHAT STEPS HAVE WE TAKEN?
All our team members have their temperatures taken before beginning the workday to rule out the possibility of coronavirus symptoms. We require everyone to wash their hands before and after every patient. The Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) that we use includes unique masks with up to 98% filtration for viruses and bacteria, gloves, gowns, hair caps, among others.
Additionally, one team member’s sole responsibility is to clean surfaces throughout the day. We perform this periodically and after each patient. Also, all team members must bring an extra set of clothes to change into at the end of the workday to ensure maximum sanitation. Furthermore, every week, we complete a compliance check to make sure all protocols are being followed.
