Yes, we do accept most Dental Insurance. As a courtesy, we submit claims to all major PPO dental insurances. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call our office at 972-867-5090
We believe in honest good quality dentistry and we consider our relationship with you to be of primary importance. We will never diagnose treatment that we do not feel is in your very best interest. We understand insurance can be a large factor in your decision for dental treatment, so we will gladly file your insurance for you and work with you in any way that we can. We feel strongly that our patients deserve the best dental care we can provide, and we do not let insurance dictate our standard of care.

YES! We offer multiple payment options, please call our office to get more information. We also accept Care Credit as a payment plan option.

What if I have a dental emergency

Please call our office ASAP and we will work with you and get you in to see the doctor according to your schedule. After regular office hours, over the weekend and during holidays, please call our office for Dr. Joseph’s emergency contact number.

How often should I see a dentist?

The American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines recommend visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a check-up and professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year.

Does your office accept children as patients and what age should they start dental care?

Yes, we accept all ages and generations!
We introduce children to our office with a “happy visit”, which entails a tour and sitting on the dental chair and a treat from the Treasure Chest.
Fun fact: our oldest patient is 105 years old and our youngest is 6 months

Will I be charged if I need to cancel an appointment?

We understand that your schedule may change abruptly, so please contact the practice immediately if you need to cancel an appointment. We would be happy to reschedule you for a more convenient time. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee.

How can you help me manage my dental anxieties?

At our Plano Dental practice, our primary focus is on our patients and to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed. We offer nitrous oxide which helps you feel relaxed and comfortable during your dental procedure.

Do you place implants?

Yes! We have a Board certified periodontist, Dr. Ash, who places dental implants in the comfort of our office.
We make sure we discuss a very specific treatment plan that fits your needs and then determine if an implant is the best treatment. Then we work together Dr. Ash to make sure your implant treatment plan becomes a reality. After the necessary healing time, we will place the crown in our office and make your smile better.
